The internationally renowned Primrose Piano Quartet, widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading chamber ensembles, returns for the second of their concerts in this year’s festival.

They will be joined by Ian Belton, second violin of the Brodsky Quartet, and they are delighted to welcome clarinettist Michael Collins to Battle; a true British superstar with a performing career which regularly features all the major concert halls and festivals worldwide. Their programme will include Mozart’s glorious Clarinet Quintet, preceded by Prokofiev’s entertaining Overture on Hebrew Themes, Fauré’s passionate Piano Quartet G minor and the colourful Clarinet Sonata by Poulenc. A music lovers’ treat not to be missed!
