Following their success in last year’s festival, Hastings Philharmonic Orchestra make a welcome return to Battle in a must-see programme for any music lover. Soloist Susanne Stanzeleit joins the orchestra in “Eight Seasons”, Vivaldi’s ever popular set of the Four Seasons interspersed with its companion composition by the great Astor Piazzolla. They will be framed by Sibelius Romance and Elgar’s ever popular Serenade for Strings.
