Polar historian Michael Smith captures the enthralling 100-year story of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ship, Endurance which sank in 1915 and was re-discovered a century later two miles beneath the Antarctic ice.
Michael sets the scene for the greatest story of survival in Polar history and how a dedicated team of marine archaeologists and scientists overcame a series of obstacles to bring Endurance back to life.
