A special screening of the award-winning, Sussex-made documentary, The Nettle Dress. Textile artist Allan Brown spends seven years handcrafting a dress from locally foraged stinging nettles. This is hedgerow couture: the greenest form of slow fashion. Through this extraordinary process, he learns to live with the loss of his wife and finds a beautiful way to honour her.
A 68 minute film followed by Q&As with Allan Brown and an opportunity to see the Nettle Dress itself up close.
